Pat McAfee Being On The Call For Matt Prater's Fake Field Goal Touchdown Proves There Is a God

The only reason I’m watching football during the 1:00 slate where every game is meaningless is because Pat McAfee was making his NFL booth debut for the Packers Lions game. That is partly because Pat is awesome and this is a huge deal for him, partly because there’s a high chance he drops an f bomb out of nowhere, and partly by the slimmest of chances someone fakes a field goal and throws for a touchdown causing Pat to pass out mid-call. Well, if you don’t believe in the stars aligning and divine intervention, I present to you exhibit A. What a fucking moment. What a call. Pat screamed touchdown and “LETS GO” before Prater even saw the open receiver. Comparing Prater to Peyton Manning is everything I’ve ever wanted in a call. And the biggest upset of all? Pat not completely forgetting he was live on air and saying “fuck” eighteen times. Incredible. A true pro’s pro. There are no coincidences in life, that’s fate folks.

P.S. Rodgers refusing to sit out this game and then getting a concussion is just wonderful. These four quarters cannot end quicker.
