How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days AKA The Best Romantic Comedy Is Leaving Netflix

I just saw that ‘How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days’ is leaving Netflix in January and my heart dropped. I usually don’t pay much attention to what’s coming and going from Netflix besides the uproar about ‘Friends’ that happened last week and even then I was like “oh well”. But ‘How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days’ is my go to movie to put on in bed when I wanna throw on something entertaining that I can pay half attention to because I’ve seen it a trillion times. And the reason I’ve seen it a trillion times because it’s an amazing movie. I didn’t plan on stopping my routine of watching it all the time anytime soon until Netflix announced that it would be leaving.

Since it’s leaving Netflix I thought this would be the perfect time to talk about how this is the best rom-com. I know that this is a tiresome topic but I think we can always show some appreciation to the great movie that is ‘How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days’. It has everything. Drama, laughs, sex, love, sports, entertainment. Not to mention Kate Hudson and Matthew Mccounaghey are the perfect duo in both this movie and ‘Fools Gold’.

I had to include some of the best scenes but everything in this movie is beautifully scripted. From the way they initially meet, how they are both playing tricks on each other to win a bet/write an article, how they end up actually falling in love, a huge fight happens, and then bam they ride off into the sunset happy and in love again.

And this is me after watching this scene

I guess I’ll have to watch this movie every night until it’s off Netflix. Your move, Hulu.
