9-Year-Old Kid Gets So Overwhelmed When Meeting Queen Elizabeth That He Crawls Right Outta The Room

That was a funny clip and the kid saying, “Bye!” made me chuckle but imagine how disappointed that kid is gonna be in himself when he grows up and finds out the Queen of England holds no power whatsoever. He freaked out and crawled outta that room for nothing. That video right there is the problem with the Royals and the people who treat them like actual royalty. That kid’s parents have put it into his head that meeting the Queen is a big deal. They talked it up as such a special meeting that the kid had a panic attack and had to run outta the room. But it’s only special because everyone has built the Queen (and the Royals) up to be special when there’s nothing special about them minus an outdated and archaic system.

The Queen is basically like another Santa Claus to British kids. British parents gas up the Queen and tell them how special and meaningful and awesome she is until one day the parents are like, “Well no, Queen’s powers aren’t real. She and her family’s importance is entirely nominal” and the kids are like, “what the fuck?” I’m not saying parents shouldn’t lie to their children, however, I am saying that parents should eventually come clean about it like they come clean about Santa Claus. Eventually they gotta tell their kids that the Queen of England ain’t shit.
