Source – A DEVOTED Catholic who spent years at a convent to become a nun has ditched her habit to become a porn star, according to reports.

Yudi Pineda, from Ituango in the north-western Colombian department of Antioquia  …  was 10 years old she was said to have gone to a convent and remained there for eight years, training to be a nun.

She said that she “felt very happy” there, but soon fell in love with a religious teacher and she decided to quit her vocation.

Pineda … met Juan Bustos, a man who was recruiting models for his adult webcam portal.

Pineda said she took part in a casting call and she was hired there and then.

She told local media: “At first I was feeling bad, but now I am fine with it.

“I also feel good when I go to church. I never miss Friday prayers, Saturday meetings or Sunday mass.”

I acknowledge that I’m a pretty substandard Catholic. Which maybe is part of the reason why I don’t have any problem with Yudi Pineda’s decision to leave the convent to pursue a life of porn.

Becoming a nun is a calling. It requires a total commitment. Mind, body and spirit. So is porn. Especially the part about body. You can’t semi-commit to the church. You can’t do all those things nuns do – missions and working in hospitals and teaching CCD – with part of yourself wondering if you’d rather be acting out a scene where an actor is supposed to be your stepbrother. The real shame would be starting that life only to regret you’re not on set right now getting DP’ed.

You know there’s a very great movie with this very theme in it. The Sound of Music. Well, it’s not exactly the same. In that one, Sister Maria is in the convent but feels conflicted when she falls in love with a widowed submarine captain and his seven children. It’s not like she wants to leave to go run a train on the Bangbus. Still, the part where she feels she has a life waiting for her outside of the nunnery is very much the same.
