Red Hot Chili Peppers Lead Singer Anthony Kiedis Got Escorted Out Of The Arena During The Lakers/Rockets Brawl For Trying To Get Involved

This should come as no surprise to any of you, but I absolutely love this move from Kiedis. Couldn’t love it any more.

Your boys at war? Guess what, buddy? That means you’re at war.

I guess I’m just a passion guy. Show me some passion for something and I love it. I fuckin’ hate the Red Sox, in all honesty, but I thought Carrabis’ blog on how the 2013 Sox put him where he is today was one of the better blogs published on this site in months, maybe all year. It’s his passion for the team and this job that made that happen for me.

So yeah, Kiedis being a crazy diehard Laker fan, crazy to the extent that he tried to back up his guys when they got into a little scuffle on the court…that only makes me love him more. And if you’re the Lakers, how could you not make this guy the face of your fanbase? Homeboy showed more commitment to the Lake Show than LeBron did right there.

I feel a little bad for Flea, who had to watch the rest of the game alone because Kiedis got the boot, but sacrifices had to be made and I’m sure he gets that.

My personal favorite part of this clip may have been how little it took for Rockets CEO Tad Brown to eat a middle finger and a “FUCK YOU TOO!” right to the face.

Probably yelled at Kiedis to sit down and just got bullied immediately…and the speed at which Keidis went from not even knowing the guy existed to declaring war with him as his mortal enemy was so unbelievable I think I was slightly aroused. That’s a truly grizzled rockstar who’s given out more middle fingers than chubby Jake from State Farm will ever see for the rest of his life. Don’t fuck with him.

Just some advice for the RHCP frontman though, from a fellow UFC fan – don’t get too passionate when it comes to mixed martial arts. Not against the Russians, at least. They don’t really “appreciate” it.
