Khabib Threatens To Quit The UFC If They Don't Reinstate The Cowards Who Jumped Conor McGregor After UFC 229, Says They Can Keep The Millions They're Withholding From Him
I would like to address @ufc. Why didn’t you fire anyone when their team attacked the bus and injured a couple of people? They could have killed someone there, why no one says anything about insulting my homeland, religion, nation, family?
Why do you have to punish my team, when both teams fought. If you say that I started it, then I do not agree, I finished what he had started.
In any case, punish me, @zubairatukhugov has nothing to do with that.
If you think that I’ll keep silent then you are mistaken. You canceled Zubaira’s fight and you want to dismiss him just because he hit Conor. But don’t forget that it was Conor who had hit my another Brother FIRST, just check the video. If you decide to fire him, you should know that you’ll lose me too. We never give up on our brothers in Russia and I will go to the end for my Brother. If you still decide to fire him, don’t forget to send me my broken contract, otherwise I’ll break it myself.
And one more thing, you can keep my money that you are withholding. You are pretty busy with that, I hope it won’t get stuck in your throat. We have defended our honor and this is the most important thing. We intend to go to the end.

You may have laid eyes on this statement earlier today, made by UFC Lightweight Champion Khabib “The Eagle” Nurmagomedov, while I was dealing with some legal proceedings, but folks I’m finally here to address it. Let’s take it piece by piece for Khabib, because clearly he doesn’t live in the same reality we do.
For context: Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov hate each other. In April, Nurmagomedov slaps Conor’s best friend, Artem, and Conor flies across the Atlantic to throw a dolly through the window of Khabib’s bus the next day. Nobody is fired. Conor and Khabib fight in October, Khabib jumps over the cage after the fight to attack McGregor’s coaches, while his teammates storm the octagon to attack a wounded McGregor, and his teammates (who were UFC fighters) were fired.

Allow me to dumb this down for you, ya dope. School. Remember school? Let’s say you went to school with a kid named Conor McGregor. Let’s say you didn’t like him, or his friends, so you slapped one of his friends in the hallway, and after school, Conor McGregor beat you up. Then, the next day, you and your friends jumped McGregor in the middle of science class. Guess who’s getting in trouble, there? YOU, MOTHAFUCKA! You did what you did at the wrong place, and the wrong time. Oh, and why hasn’t anybody done anything about Conor McGregor saying shit about your country/religion, family, etc.?
Because he just did that. Sticks and stones may break bones, Khabib, but you need to man the fuck up when it comes to words.
Why do you have to punish my team, when both teams fought. If you say that I started it, then I do not agree, I finished what he had started.
Sort of a stretch saying both teams fought, no? Here is the rundown of events:
-Khabib chokes out McGregor
-Khabib jumps over the octagon and throws a flying double stomp at McGregor’s jiu jitsu coach, Dillon Danis. Danis responds with a punch, and the two are separated.
-Conor McGregor jumps on top of the octagon to make sure his team is safe, and immediately has his ankle grabbed by a member of Khabib’s team who is NOT authorized to be in the octagon. McGregor responds with a punch, and the two are separated.
-Multiple members of Khabib’s team throw punches at the back of Dillon Danis’ head as he’s being detained.
-Two members of Khabib’s team storm the octagon and land punches on Conor McGregor, specifically in the back of his head. Another member of Khabib’s team rushes McGregor into the cage in a clinch position, everyone is separated.
Sooooo…seems like Khabib did start it, and it pretty much involved his team beating the shit out of Conor’s team while Conor’s team did their best to defend themselves, no?
In any case, punish me, @zubairatukhugov has nothing to do with that.

Tough to say Zubair Tukhugov had nothing to do with the UFC 229 post-fight brawl when this is him…
…ain’t it?
As for Khabib accusing McGregor of hitting his brother first, and mentioning a video to check (seen below), I’ll let The American Gangster Chael Sonnen handle that one. He can put it much more eloquently than I.
But for real bro, when you Swanton Bomb into the crowd, you threw the first shot and anything goes after that. Get the fuck outta here.
If you decide to fire him, you should know that you’ll lose me too. We never give up on our brothers in Russia and I will go to the end for my Brother. If you still decide to fire him, don’t forget to send me my broken contract, otherwise I’ll break it myself.
Ooooooooooo, Khabib’s threatening to quit!
I’ll believe THAT when I see it!
And one more thing, you can keep my money that you are withholding. You are pretty busy with that, I hope it won’t get stuck in your throat. We have defended our honor and this is the most important thing. We intend to go to the end.

Oh, they can keep the $2 million they owe you and are currently withholding from you, now. Just rub your disposable income in our faces, Khabib. Must be nice living with your parents. And defending your honor is the most important thing? That’s nice. Really! It’s cute. Here in the U S of A, ABIDING BY THE LAW is actually the most important thing. If you don’t wanna do that, you can take your snowball hat and head right back home.
Artem Lobov, who was scheduled to face Zubair Tukhugov in just two weeks, has weighed in…
…as has Nate Diaz, for some reason…
Diaz gon’ Diaz, but god damn I love that Diaz.
Honestly, I think I’ve got the perfect solution – let Tukhugov fight Artem Lobov in two weeks, but add a stipulation to the match: LOSER LEAVES TOWN. Tell me that wouldn’t be the greatest thing in the world?! Like…the loser literally gets fired and can never fight in the UFC ever again.
Just give me a call if you want to start printing money, Dana.
