Don't Worry Internet, I Am Here To Confirm That Chris Childs Actually Did Punch Kobe Bryant In The Face Twice

Look, I understand everybody on the internet is upset after we found out that the Kobe Bryant-Matt Barnes gif is a fugazi. To be honest, I don’t think I’ll ever be able to trust anything I see on a screen after learning that a Mount Rushmore basketball gif was fake. If someone tells me that Vince Carter didn’t actually jump over Frederic Weis, Allen Iverson actually stepped over a puddle of sweat that was behind Tyronn Lue, or Alonzo Mourning knew the camera was on him while shaking his head, I may quit the internet altogether.

However, I’m not here to talk about the fake ass gif that somehow hurts both Kobe’s and Matt Barnes’ street cred. I am here to talk to break down another Kobe gif, him getting 2-pieced by Chris Childs. Lets go to the video tape!

Again using the same technology, I found a THIRD gif of Chris Childs punching Kobe Bryant in the face and throat, this time just straight punches to Kobe’s face because who doesn’t love watching Kobe Bryant get punched in the face?

Just like that, our hypothesis has been proven to be true. Chris Childs did indeed 2-piece Kobe Bryant, who to his credit took both punches. Then again, Kobe also was disrespected by Chris fucking Childs on his home court, so not exactly the best day for Kobe Stans. It would be a real shame if the new LeBron Lakers Stans rubbed some salt in the round by striking back and painting over some Kobe murals on a day like today. A real shame indeed.
