Wake Up With An NBA Countdown: Best Plays of 2018
We can ALL agree today is high on the list of worst days of the year. Some of you may have been off for at least 5 days and your return to the cube life has you questioning everything about your ability to make decisions as an adult. Nobody understands more than me, which is why I am here to help you. On a day like today, we need to start the day off with not only a legit countdown, but one that is going to take up a massive amount of your morning. I don’t want you touching work until at least lunch, don’t try and be a hero, ease into those TPS reports because it’s going to be a long ass 8 hours trust me.
Which is why I feel like today is the perfect day for a Top 50 countdown of the best plays from this past season. Despite people telling you the regular season in the NBA is meaningless because we know who is going to win the championship, that doesn’t mean it isn’t filled with awesome individual plays given to us by some of the best athletes the world has ever seen. Personally I think this was one of the better seasons in recent memory given how close much of the playoff races were in each conference, and the fact that the level of basketball we’re seeing today is only getting better and better as more young talented players enter the league. You sprinkle in some expected Lebron dominance and you have yourself a 15 minute highlight reel to help you fend off all of your Monday morning scaries.
Remember, you can always recommend something you want to see in this blog each morning, whether it’s a certain player, highlights from a certain season, literally any NBA countdown you can think of that you feel would help jump start your day, just leave it in the comments below. In the meantime, let’s try and get through today together, because lord knows it’s going to suck. Enjoy!
