BREAKING: Tiger Woods has a new putter in the bag... and it's a mallet!

One of the great stories of our time is Tiger Woods’ putter history. He won 13 major championships with the exact same putter, his Scotty Cameron chrome-finished Newport 2 GSS. That putter won more major championships than any man in history save for Jack Nicklaus (18) and Tiger (14). From time to time, Tiger’s dabbled with different flatsticks but almost always come back to old faithful.

Well he’s putted like absolute dogshit his last few starts so he’s mixing it up, and he’s doing it with… a mallet!?!

Never thought I’d see the day.

I must say this. As a golf guy, the very first thing I noticed is that thing looks GREAT for scooping up the ball so you don’t have to bend over. Protecting the back. Maintaining the health.

God damn Tiger Woods is smart.
