THIS IS NOVEMBER - USC/Troy Gave Us The Wildest Ending In College Hoops So Far This Year, Showed Everything Perfect About The Sport

This right here is why you can't duplicate college basketball. You can't draw up Troy going to USC, late night on a Thursday, take them to triple overtime with a lead and then this happen. Troy isn't a bad team. In fact, Troy is a decent team. They made the Tournament last year, they fly around, they were coming off a double overtime win at San Diego State for this.

Then it happened. I'm not the only one to say it, but it's my favorite thing to see every year. These elite athletes, top tier basketball players and the moment they see a press, they piss down their leg. Usually it's saved for March, but it's good to get some practice seeing this early in the year. I have no idea how Troy didn't just hold the ball. I get you want to get a layup, move the game to 4 and get out of there with a win. But this is the one thing you can't do. You can't try to have a guy panic dribble or panic pass with this much time left.

It wasn't just this play either. It was basically clenched butthole at the end of every overtime:

Nothing better than seeing one of these mid-majors go to a power conference team and let crazy shit happen. It's what this sport is built on. Also, you gotta feel for USC. Can't be having 48-year old Chad Baker-Mazara out there for this long. That adult man just wants to go home and nap. Also, Chad Baker-Mazara plays for USC in case you somehow missed that, look forward to people finding that out.

It's not officially Feast Week, that's only one week and it's next week. But, this is an incredible start to the Feast Week season.
