'We Blew A Fucking Chance' - We Got Dan Hurley Talking About Getting In Fights And Ripping Up Box Scores After Losing To Arizona

First off, shout out Arizona/UConn for playing a home-and-home. We need more of this in college basketball. We're finally getting loaded games right away in the season, which is a huge development. Now let's get rid of them being on neutral courts where 40 people show up and play at home. And we'll talk about Arizona at some point soon here because Jaden Bradley fucking rules and Koa Peat is just awesome. I love this Arizona team. 

However, we gotta talk about UConn because Tommy Lloyd just wins games and then goes home and sleeps. 

I also just saw the Dan Hurley press conference after the game. Do think it needs to be said that UConn didn't have Taris Reed and Braylon Mullins. Two very important pieces, but still not going to take away anything from Arizona. Do you think Dan Hurley cares about that though? 

This isn't Dan Hurley being pissed off at a ref and losing his mind. This is calculated. He knows he can play up the adversity of UConn losing this sort of game. He can show this during practices and use it as motivation, because that's the sort of thing Dan Hurley (and many others) do. They live to make up drama and adversity because they know they have a good team. 

If anything this just showed both teams are both in the title list. They are on that first tier. You can argue that Purdue or Houston might be better than these teams, but Arizona has the best resume. They have wins over Florida, UCLA and UConn - none of which were at home.
