HISTORY: After 17 Years In The League And A Super Bowl Title, Matthew Stafford Has Finally Reached A .500 Winning Percentage For The First Time In His Career

I know people love to bring up wins for quarterbacks, despite them not playing an entire side of the ball, so here we are. I've seen this tweet or some variation of this tweet all day today. It's shocking, at least I think? I almost forget how bad the Lions were when Stafford was playing there. Again, not his fault he played with that defense or some of the shit that happened here. But the guy has been in the league for 17 years and never been .500 as a starter. One of those things that sound fake until you really look into it.

And don't get me wrong, Stafford is fucking awesome. I don't care if he's cloned this year

Dude is on one of the better runs of his career

Still going no look and shimmying on people

I don't know many people who dislike Stafford. I think he's one of the more fun guys to watch in the league and have been for quite some time. But now with the game being different, every QB is basically mobile and needs to run, we have Stafford just chucking it around. Sure, it helps to play for McVay and have Nacua and Adams out there, but he'll chuck it to whoever.

All I know is he's one of those guys we need to embrace watching way more. The Rams are fucking good again. They legit might be the best team in the NFC. You can make a case for a handful of teams, I get that, but the Rams just do everything. Plus, they have Stafford. Congrats on finally being exactly average when it comes to a winning percentage - something people care about.
